These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern all access to and use of MaxiMona (the “Site”). By visiting or interacting with the Site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept every provision, please leave the Site immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to access or use any content featured on MaxiMona.
  • Legal capacity. You represent that you are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms.

2. Affiliate Relationship

MaxiMona is an independent, licensed affiliate of Livejasmin. When you register or spend on Livejasmin through links on the Site, we may receive a commission. This does not influence the price you pay nor the earnings of any performer.

3. Accounts & Privacy

  • Livejasmin accounts. Any user accounts are created and held directly with Livejasmin and are subject to its own terms and verification procedures.
  • Data collection. We collect limited analytics and referral data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Billing details are processed solely by Livejasmin.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Respect all performers and users. Harassment, hate speech, illegal conduct, or under-age content is strictly banned.
  • Do not record, redistribute, or otherwise exploit any live stream without explicit permission from the performer and Livejasmin.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the territory from which you access the Site.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, graphics, text, and software on MaxiMona are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

6. Payments & Virtual Goods

All financial transactions for credits, tips, or interactive toys occur on Livejasmin. MaxiMona neither processes payments nor issues refunds; please refer to Livejasmin’s billing terms.

7. Third-Party Content & Links

The Site contains links to Livejasmin and other third-party websites. We do not control or endorse external content and are not liable for any damages arising from its use.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, maximona will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless maximona, its owners, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of EU. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in EU for any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site.
